When are you open? Cotton Cocktails Studio is currently closed to visitors because of the Coronavirus restrictions. Our online shop is operating as normal.
Do I need a PayPal account to order online? No, when you check out your order you will be directed to PayPal but if you scroll down the page you have the option to pay by credit or debit card. Payments through the PayPal site are very secure.
Can I order by phone? No, unfortunately my card reader system does not allow payments over the phone. Please order through the website.
Can I order by email? Please order through the website if at all possible. This helps to keep our stock levels up to date and makes packing orders much quicker and easier. If you have a specific request please email Hazel who may be able to add a Special Order to the website for you.
How much do you charge for postage? Postage is charged according to the value of your order based on Royal Mail First Class post charges. Orders over £50 are delivered free, under £9 is £1.50, between £9 and £25 is £2.50 and between £25 and £50 is £3.70.
How long will it take to receive my order? Hazel is dispatching orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday. All orders are sent by First Class Post although there may be some delay to normal delivery times as Royal Mail services are under pressure at the moment.
How do I contact you with an enquiry? Please use the Contact Us page on the website or email [email protected] Please be patient: Hazel is not working 24/7 and may take a couple of days to reply to messages! At busy times phone calls, messages sent by text, Messenger or other apps may not be answered.
The item I need is out of stock. When will you have more? I'm sorry but I can't give a date for the arrival of new stock. Some manufacturers have suspended production during the crisis e.g. Aurifil, the arrival of goods from abroad is delayed and orders from wholesalers in this country are taking much longer than normal to be delivered. New stock will be added to the website as soon as possible.
Can I order 505 spray? Sorry no, Royal Mail prohibit sending aerosol sprays like glue through the post. It is not practical for me to use courier services at the moment.
