Delivery Costs

We deliver to the UK ONLY

For orders under £9 delivery is £2.10, over £9 and under £15 is £3.30, over £15 is £4.50

Delivery

We use Royal Mail 1st class post for most deliveries, or for bulky or heavy orders 2nd Class - for example a single reel of Aurifil thread has to be posted as a small parcel because it is more than 25mm deep so is posted 2nd class.   We aim to post all items within 48 hours (the majority are sent with 24 hours!), except for Weekends and Bank Holidays, however during peak times like Christmas and when we have special promotions there might be a slight delay. If this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post within 1 to 3 days but do not acknowledge that a package may be lost until 14 days aftern posting.

Supply of Fabrics

Our fabrics are carefully cut using a rotary cutter and ruler as accurately as possible. UNless otherwise stated in the fabric details the unit of sale on this website is a quarter metre which measures 50cm by 55cm or 25cm by 110cm  for fabrics 110cm wide. If you order more than one unit it will be supplied in one continuous length unless you specify otherwise in the special instructions section at the checkout:

FQ = 55cm wide x 50cm long

2 FQ's = 110cm wide x 50cm long

3 FQ's = 110cm wide x 75cm long

4 FQ's = 110cm wide x 100cm/1metre long

6 FQ's = 110cm wide x 150cm/1.5m long

8 FQ's = 110cm wide x 200cm/2m long

Please note: Although quilting fabrics are usually 110cm wide, this may vary slightly from bolt to bolt.

Payment

We accept payment on this website through PayPal or Stripe

You do not need a PayPal account to complete a payment and can pay with a credit or debit card. The checkout is powered by PayPal so you can be sure that it is secure. As an alternative we offer payments via Stripe for those not wanting to use Paypal.  We never see any of the payment card details you enter at checkout only your name and address and the products that you have purchased. Your card details are not saved for future purchases.

Returns

If you wish to return an unused item it may be returned within 7 working days in its original condition. You will be refunded for the value of the goods, not including delivery and return postage costs .
